# Audit readiness checklist

A quick review of how ready your organization is to be assessed by an auditor. Choose whether you are preparing for the certification audit or a surveillance one, answer based on what can be shown today and see where to act first.

- About 30 items across 6 areas; takes around 8 minutes.
- Some items are critical: if they fail they usually become a finding, and the result highlights them separately.
- Answer "Not sure" if you are not certain: it scores 0 because what cannot be shown does not count with an auditor.
- Your answers are processed in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers until you ask for the report.

Inputs: mode (before certification or surveillance) and one answer (Yes / In part / No / Not sure) per item, across these areas:

- Process operation and control
- Documented information and records
- Internal audit
- Leadership and management review
- Nonconformities, risks and improvement
