# Documented information checker

A quick way to see what documented information is typically expected in a management system and how much of it you already have. Choose the standard, mark whether you have it, have it in part or do not, and get your progress by group and a list of what is missing.

- Available for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 27001; the other standards will follow.
- It distinguishes between documents you keep current and records that serve as evidence.
- It says what is typically expected, not how to write it: it includes no templates and does not reproduce the standard's text.
- Your answers are processed in your browser. Nothing is sent to our servers until you ask for the report.

Inputs: the standard (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 or 27001) and, for each typically expected document or record, an answer (Have it / In part / Don't have it / Not applicable).

- iso-9001: System foundation, Resources and competence, Operation, Performance evaluation, Improvement
- iso-14001: System foundation, Legal compliance, Resources, competence and communication, Operation and emergencies, Evaluation and improvement
- iso-45001: System foundation, Hazards, risks and requirements, Competence, communication and participation, Operation and emergencies, Performance evaluation, Incidents and improvement
- iso-27001: System foundation, Risk management, Competence and awareness, Operation, Evaluation and improvement

Output: estimated coverage, progress by group and a list of what is missing or half in place.
